About Me

I have been successful running my own businesses mainly in motor fuel sales and convenience stores. I have also been a training consultant helping SMEs and large UK employers in their talent acquisition and succession planning. My coaching draws upon these experience. I am particularly very strong in helping clients focus on their financials and building the best team for growth.

My main focus as a business growth specialist is helping the business owner/s, to have a commercial, profitable enterprise that works without them. This means helping them to have CLARITY on the key growth drivers for their business; enhancing their personal GROWTH and DEVELOPMENT as entrepreneurs; saving them TIME by focusing on working ON their business; helping them to improve their TEAM’s performance for growth; and increasing REVENUE and PROFITS.

Above all, I help them scale-up so they can either sell their business or invest in other businesses. My coaching philosophy is that both the client and me are in it to WIN. But, we have to win the right way. This means they have to be committed like me to taking action, continuous improvement, dedication and treating each other with respect. My clients also have to let me be the coach, because that's why they've hired me. When these happen, success and great result happen.
