About Me
I work mostly with men who are feeling alone, angry, and ashamed. Most men in our society experience profound isolation and dissatisfaction with their lives, which they think is the way it’s “supposed” to be. This couldn’t be further from the truth. Our work together addresses these issues so that you can be alive and free. I believe that humans heal through connecting with others and I hope to make that connection with you.
My approach also takes into account the larger forces that we have to deal with on a day to day basis in order to help therapy be more effective and lasting. I work from a Psychodynamic and Systemic framework but my honesty and authenticity is offered above all else.
Even though the world is out of balance that doesn’t mean you have to continue spinning out of control. If you’re feeling lost, hopeless, angry, or unhappy, I’d love to work with you. My job is to create a space without judgement or shame where healing can occur. In this space I’ll help you to become the next version of yourself.

I was seeking some help and perspective in dealing with a combination of personal issues and found Adam. During our sessions we worked on topics such as alcohol abuse, family dynamics, navigating work stress and intra-office politics. I eventually got to a place where I felt healthier and paused our regular sessions instead opting for ad-hoc meetings when I felt in need of some coaching. I never felt judged, it was never a dynamic of being wrong or right, but finding a method to achieve the preferred outcomes. I have confidentialy referred Adam's services discreetly to my colleagues at the office who confide similar issues to me.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Adam as a personal coach, and I can confidently say it was a transformative experience. As a high school English teacher and an aspiring musician, I was struggling to balance my creative pursuits with the demands of my career and responsibilities as a new homeowner. I felt overwhelmed and unorganized, which was hindering my creativity and overall well-being. Adam's coaching provided exactly the support I needed. He helped me develop valuable organizational skills, allowing me to manage my time more effectively and dedicate designated periods to both my music and teaching endeavors. His guidance wasn't just about efficiency; he also helped me tap into my creativity and find ways to infuse it into my teaching style, making the classroom a more engaging and inspiring environment for both myself and my students. Furthermore, Adam was incredibly understanding and supportive when it came to the challenges of juggling a career, creative pursuits, and the responsibilities of being a new homeowner. He provided practical and helpful strategies for finding balance and managing stress, allowing me to navigate these different aspects of my life without feeling overwhelmed. Overall, my experience working with Adam was overwhelmingly positive. He is a skilled and insightful coach who genuinely cares about the success and well-being of his clients. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking to achieve greater balance, unlock their creative potential, and find success in various areas of their lives.

Adam is a kind and insightful therapist. He really takes the time to understand his clients as individuals, and listens to their needs before building a custom plan to help them. Some coaches and therapists give cookie-cutter advice, whereas Adam really invests himself in his practice and clients. Highly recommend this guy.

Felt like I could really be myself during sessions - being able to finally let down my guard a little helped so much. It was nice to work with a coach that really felt like he was on my wavelength.
