About Me

I appreciate your interest. My name is Adam, and I'm a military veteran from the USAF. I was a bomb squad (EOD) team lead and superintendent. I'm currently completing a doctorate (Psy.D.) in clinical psychology, and I'm an ACC-credentialed coach with the ICF who specializes in leadership & wellness coaching.

My coaching methodology is through SAMHSA's Eight Dimensions of Wellness. Even though working on leadership and business goals is paramount, many struggle to maintain harmony in our personal lives and within ourselves. I'm here to help you achieve and truly enjoy those achievements when they come.

I combine wellness and psychology to foster growth for my clients. My approach integrates scientific assessments and holistic coaching. I aim to help people reach their full potential through better understanding and actionable steps.
