Hi there! I've been focused on coaching as my calling and profession since 2007 and have had the privilege of coaching leaders all over the world.

Process:
Step 1: 30 minute get to know you session. Free.
Step 2: Take 2 assessments and attend a 1 hour debrief session, $195.
Step 3: Determine together if coaching is a good fit.
Step 4: 6 month minimum agreement for leadership coaching with month to month billing, cancel at any time. Price varies on whether you want 1, 2, or 3 sessions per month and whether you commit to 6, 9, or 12 months, ranging from $450 to $1350 per month.
Step 5: Before final session, retake assessments ($195)
Step 6: Contract renewal if both parties are interested.

I have been happily married to Megan since 1998. We have four children, we love to travel. I also enjoy reading, watching soccer, hiking, and writing fiction.
