About Me

I have a 15+ year executive leadership background within corporate & startup environments. I learned an extremely valuable lesson early on in my leadership experience - for my career grow, I needed to ensure that the others around me were positioned and properly developed to grow to the next level. This started a decade-long development journey to become the best leader of other people that I possibly could be, embracing the servant leadership philosophy. Along the journey, a passion for helping people grow & develop evolved. My best career moments were coaching, developing, and nurturing high-performance individuals, helping them go from good-to-great. I began unofficially mentoring prior colleagues and direct reports as an after-hours passion project and realized that I received immense purpose and fulfillment partnering with people on their growth journeys.

Sensing my joy and passion for coaching & mentoring, I was asked during a mentoring call if I'd ever considered doing this professionally full-time. It had never really occurred to me, I was an operator and business builder who just so happened to have a growing passion to help people. But that question stayed with me for weeks, my curiosity led me to seriously considering a path to becoming a professional coach. This path landed me in the Jay Shetty Certification School, where I was trained and educated on the formalized systems and frameworks to integrate with my decade-long experience coaching and developing high performers. This exposure, and the countless practice hours spent coaching clients from all over the world, further emboldened me. This process gave me added clarity and strengthened the gravitational pull that professional performance coaching is what I was meant to do. My coaching business, Performance Mindset Coaching, is my "ikigai"- bringing together a strong-skill set & talent base with a deep sense purpose, capable of delivering value to the market & creating a lasting positive impact!
