About Me

Personal Journey:
Wellness coaching is my life's passion. I have experienced multiple health-related issues since childhood and have taken my personal journey toward optimal health. Due to the benefits, it is a road that I never intend to exit. When I first began attempting to be healthy, I spent multiple hours on a weekly basis researching specific ailments and natural solutions. I discovered that simple lifestyle changes such as eating habits, paying closer attention to ingredients, knowing how to shop, reading food labels and knowing where to find the information that was the most useful all contributed to success. In addition, I had to change products that I allowed on my skin and products used in my home. The greatest challenge was walking the journey alone!
Professional Journey:
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Music Theory and Composition. I have spent over twenty years in the banking industry. I have held both in-office and work-at-home positions. I am also certified as a Wellness Coach by the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. This credential ensures that I can provide my clients with research-based information regarding grocery shopping tips, food labels, general health information and much more.
Spiritual Journey:
I am a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ and have found that being successful in life means having all parts of the three-legged stool functioning appropriately. I believe that to be truly healthy means to have a spirit that is alive, a soul that is free of wounds and a body that is being given the appropriate fuel and the appropriate amount of activity. As a wellness coach, I specifically enjoy learning about how the spirit and the soul contribute to a healthy physical body and then sharing that knowledge with my clients.
