About Me

I have a Master's degree in counseling psychology, teach college social psychology and have decades of experience in mindset coaching. I discovered and became discouraged by the lack of information available to teachers who suffer from burnout due to stress, limiting beliefs, and impostor syndrome. So, I decided to pour my soul into my work and design and create a comprehensive and transformational program so more teachers at a time can find the joy of an unbound mind and unravel the limitations they have in their thinking, keeping them from experiencing their true success.
Years ago, I set out to learn as much as I could about our belief systems, the way we process information, make decisions, as well as the fundamentals of social psychology, the science of sales, and relational interactions. Through that process, I decided to become the leading online independent mindset coach and trainer for teachers like myself who feel stuck and frustrated with their inability to understand the changing world around them. When high achieving, very productive teachers and leaders focus, it is usually at the expense of everything else. They sometimes fail to notice paradigm shifts because they are so mentally involved in their profession helping others. But this can have detrimental effects on their continued success.
The Bindless-Mind Program was designed to help these go-getters quickly and effectively identify, isolate, and remove old and unserving beliefs that have been holding them back from their passion for teaching and new exciting possibilities.
