Globally more attention is being paid to the "people" component of performance and productivity. The "people" component provides a sustainable edge because it is the most difficult to duplicate. A Stanford, Harvard and Carnegie Foundation study indicated that 15% "Success" was related to "technical competencies" while 85% was related to "inter-personal skills".
