Sola Unitas is an organization that focuses on coaching services and coaching education and aims to create value for all its stakeholders. It puts a world in which people do not judge themselves and others, that everyone loves and recognizes as their own. Sola Unitas started in 2009 with a dream shared by Umut Short and ?irin Ayd?ner. Today we are very happy to share our brief but proud story with you.
From the late '90s, we had a look at the two companies working as managers and consultants in corporate companies. People with high consciousness judged each other less and were happier. Higher learning and higher performance were only the result of happiness levels. Helping people to improve their learning and consciousness levels in order to achieve their dreams is a powerful dream that we can and can bear. We know that we always hold this dream in our hearts.
Nothing was as easy as it sounded. We had to go through intensive training sessions first. We know very well that we must strengthen our belief and constantly evolve to be on the journey of our dream. More importantly, we were aware of the fact that they could be stakeholders, not the services sold by people, but by looking at what those services are and what they believe
