Welcome to the IKP Institute for Body-Centered Psychotherapy! We offer various training courses, continuing education, seminars and advanced training in the field of psychology and psychotherapy.

Our approach is based on scientifically recognized Gestalt therapy. It teaches a holistic approach that includes the human psyche, body and mind. What is special about the IKP is that it not only uses counseling-therapeutic conversations, but also emotion-centered methods: body work, role dialogues, creative means such as drawing dialogues, movement, deep relaxation and imagination exercises.
