In 1999, Dr. Paul Jeong, the first master coach (MCC) in Korea, introduced coaching techniques that began in the business field of the United States since the mid 1980s, and played a leading role in opening the coaching industry in Korea. Dr. Paul Jeong and Ph.D. Ph.D. have trained tens of thousands of nonprofit leaders through coaching programs and publishing companies since 2000. Since 2002, they have been coaching programs by the US Regent University 'TLC' I started training.
