The EMCC exists to develop, promote and set the expectation of best practice in mentoring and coaching across Europe and beyond, for the benefit of society.

EMCC is made up of Affiliated Country and region EMCCs and their membership plus direct members where a local EMCC does not yet exist. The Council is responsible for EMCC strategy and steering the organisation.

It is made up of delegates from each of the following affiliated EMCCs – Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, and the Asia Pacific Region.
