What do you want to achieve in the next year by hiring a coach?
My goal is to build a strong, productive relationship with my manager, better interpret workplace expectations and communication styles, and ultimately feel more confident in my place within the company. Once I’ve found more stability in this area, I’d like to continue with coaching to support my long-term career growth within the organization.
Tell us about yourself.
I have been working in Malta for 1 year now coming from South Africa. I’m a mid-senior level FP&A Manager working in the iGaming sector. While I truly enjoy my role and the company, I am finding it challenging to adapt to a leadership style and working culture that is very different from what I’m used to. My manager's approach contrasts significantly with previous environments I’ve worked in, and I’m struggling to find the right way to navigate this dynamic effectively.
