What do you want to achieve in the next year by hiring a coach?

I am looking to step into my authentic self, be able to listen and follow my intuition and trust the process. I am looking to let go of my limiting beliefs that have kept me in relationships and jobs and places I do not align with. I want to be more confidence and have self-trust. I would like some guidance into figuring out my purpose, finding the courage to step into it, gaining a clearer sense of direction, be able to listen to myself more, and being in alignment with myself, let go of the doubt. I am looking to expand my spiritual knowledge too so that I can understand life better, and have more resources. I would like to have clearer goals and understanding of what I want.

Tell us about yourself.

I am 32 years old, I am a primary school teacher, currently living in Hanoi, but I am looking to move somewhere closer to the UK because my mother is ill. I have recently broken up with a partner because it felt like our goals and values weren't aligned. I find it hard to hear and follow my intuition. I get clouded by lack of self-trust, comfort, hope and anxiety. I have engaged in past therapies attending to the more psychological side of my stories, I am looking to unify both and now look forward and make actionable steps towards my goals whatever they may be.
