I am a 36 year old woman, working as an in-house legal counsel in a leading FMCG Company in India. With a PQE of 13 years, I have built a credible career on the basis of strong work ethic, problem solving mindset, bias for action, ownership mindset and taking up varied roles. I have been a people manager for the last 4 years, and am now looking to elevate myself to be part of executive leadership roles.
