Business planning, personal accountability, marketing, revenue generation, cash flow would be our highest priorities
Tell us about yourself.
We licensed the product to Canada in July of 2020 and began the business Inc. There are 2 shareholders, my wife and I . Our first 3 years were growth years but the 4th and 5th business was slower. Our product is very unique, but the market is large. Our margins are good, but we struggle with cashflow due to low sales volume. Our years have all been break even. We manufacture the current greenhouse product in house, but want to expand to offer more options and add-ons which will most likely be made by 3rd parties. Our goal for 2025 is to increase sales volume, and turn a profit.
