How to start a fully functioning board of directors for the Non profit organization and completing initiatives for the LLC we are starting in regards to the nonprofit.
The LLC is in its early stages and the non profit organization is up and running and has been for the last 3 years. Currently there are 3 of us working. We need some over all help and organization strategies
