What do you want to achieve in the next year by hiring a coach?

I've been feeling stuck in my career as a marketing manager and having trouble specializing within the field I'm trying to work towards. I feel like I get taken advantage of at every company I work at because I'm accommodating and willing to roll up my sleeves (my managers have transparently told me they're abusing me with this too). I've been doing this for 2+ years at my current company while they've been dangling a new role in front of me - I'm getting really frustrated by it. I don't feel heard or cared for.

My goals next year:
- Overcome imposter syndrom
- Learn how to advocate for myself so people don't take advantage of me
- Learn how to say no
- Refine my resume
- Apply to new roles in brand marketing

I'm a photographer and brand marketer at heart! I'm seeking a coach who specifically understands how to navigate the creative and brand marketing space so that I feel confident in how to proceed and navigate next steps in my career. I'm a passionate career-oriented individual - and probably place a little too much emphasis on my personal success in that regard. I'm so excited to take the next step in finding a career coach!
