What do you want to achieve in the next year by hiring a coach?
We have a B&B in an Eastern Ontario Lakeside village. Unlike most lakeland regions in Ontario, ours struggles some from a lack of identity. We do great business from Mid May - Mid October, (averaging 85-95% occupancy over this period of the high season. However, from November to May- we drop to under 35% occupancy, but carry pretty much the same monthly expenses with we have no cash flow. I have spent 6 years trying to rally our operators in the area to work together id created more shoulder and winter season traffic, but this has turned out to be futile. We feel tat if we could raise our annual occupancy rate from 60-65% to 70-75%, we would make a major step forward in moving from "surviving" to "thriving." I know my strengths, but definitely needs some guidance in crucial areas.
