What do you want to achieve in the next year by hiring a coach?
I want to achieve some direction in my career after a few pivots over the past several years. I work as a sustainability consultant providing due diligence for private equity merges & acquisitions. My recent experience has me doing quite a lot of day-to-day work that I find pointless and I am interested in becoming more of a specialist and less of a consultant. I feel like there are a ton of options (going back to school, internal reassignment, switching firms, etc.) and I would love some strategic advice.
