What do you want to achieve in the next year by hiring a coach?
I have a large 24/7 gym. My service providers are independent contractors, and I have front desk employees. I have too much talent at my front desk, and not enough talent in it service providers. I also have a GM. I have so much really amazing talent, that they are hurting my bottom line and I don’t have enough for them to too but cutting one of them feels like it could be very much a mistake. I have too much hourly talent and not enough for them to do.
