Today's act of kindness is to spend time with your family. What you want to do is try to take some time off of your phone, video games, or whatever you're doing and go spend time with your family. Maybe you can go and ask your parents about how they grew up and all the stories about their life. Maybe ask about how their day was or ask them about their favorite childhood memory or about how growing and having children and all the fun times that come with starting a family. If you want, give everyone in your family a hug!
