Today's task is to give someone a compliment. You can do this anywhere. You can give someone a compliment as you stand in line or walk down the street.
Sometimes you see a person who has a cool pair of shoes, or a nice coat and you just want to say something about it, well why don’t you? If it makes you nervous, try your courage by taking a deep breath in and then breathe. You can just say a nice compliment then leave. You could have a full conversation if you wanted to.
Then after saying goodbye, you can enjoy the feeling of what you did.
