Sometimes you feel a little under the weather so sometimes it's nice to have someone's attention. It's ok to feel sad or mad or just unhappy in general. Just monitor yourself. Create strategies to help you feel comfortable and get you through the hard time. Often, the attention we get from others is inspiring and makes you feel better so let them know. If you are kind, it can inspire others to be kind. Write notes to say thanks!
Your note could be as simple as saying thank you, maybe write about what this person did to inspire you. Ending it with a positive message or a joke hope this helps!
