Gratitude helps people feel positive, improves health, and builds strong relationships. Day 22's AoK is to make a conscious effort to express your gratitude.
How often do you tell your loved ones just how much you appreciate them? It is so easy to get caught up in our day to day lives without making a conscious effort to express our gratitude. Nothing feels better than knowing you are appreciated. Tell someone in your life just how much you appreciate them today, whether it's your spouse, co-worker, or friend.
A daily gratitude practice is proven to improve mental health. Even jotting down three things you are grateful for every morning or evening has an impact and costs nothing.
