Your random act of kindness for the day is filling a kindness jar for another family. This is a simple act that is easy, but it will make the other family’s day.

You could fill it with candy, but if it’s a family with small children, you could fill it with toys. The smallest things can spread happiness and kindness like smiling, smiling is contagious. It could be a family you know or one you don’t know. If there’s a new family on the block, this will make them feel welcome and you will feel kind and helpful.

Whether it’s someone young or someone old, your gift of kindness will be appreciated at any age. There is no reason to not do a random act of kindness. You should know you will make someone appreciated and happy also you will be a kind person.
