Day 19's Act of Kindness is to make a conscious effort to express your gratitude. Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, improves health, and builds strong relationships. How often do you tell your loved ones just how much you appreciate them? It is so easy to get caught up in our day to day lives without making a conscious effort to express our gratitude. Nothing feels better than knowing you are appreciated. Tell someone in your life just how much you appreciate them today, whether it's your spouse, co-worker, or friend.
