A year ago, I embarked on a new chapter, transitioning from the familiarity of the corporate world to the freedom and challenge of launching my executive coaching business. It's been a transformative journey of continuous learning and growth. While leaving behind the comfort of a steady paycheck was daunting, it's been replaced by the excitement (and occasional fear) of building something truly my own. The shift from leading teams to leading myself has been a big but rewarding change. The most fulfilling aspect?
