The Phone is Your Friend!
Our Client Service Manager: Awesome Ayla touches base with each Noomii  client lead, asking questions that qualify what a great-fit coach would look like for them. Take a page from this high-call-volume customer lover: increase your lead conversion by making the phone your friend!
Instead of emailing the client requesting a consult, give them a call.
You get the opportunity to real time:
Gather Information: In a quick call, you have the opportunity to understand what this  client’s pains are as well as clarify whether your service is a good match for their needs.
Build Rapport: If you are a match: awesome! If not, that’s good too! Time to move on to the next lead and perhaps guide this client to resources and tools that would be helpful to them. Providing value to prospects that may not even be your clients says a lot about you and the nature of the coaching industry.
Book an Appointment: On a call, you can set up an appointment for a sample session or even book the client right there! Skip the back-and-forth email and just get it done!
According to Harvard Business Review: “Companies that try to contact potential customers within an hour of receiving queries are nearly 7 times as likely to have meaningful conversations with key decision makers as firms that try to contact prospects even an hour later. Yet only 37% of companies respond to queries within an hour.â€Â
