What’s the best way to get someone to hire a coach? Get them to experience it.
What’s the second best way? Get them to see how others have benefited from coaching.
That’s where you come in! Here at Noomii, we’ve started collecting coaching case studies (Thanks Pauline) from you – our fabulous coaches – (and me) so we can show potential clients the benefits of coaching through the eyes of your equally fabulous clients.
Coming into the summer, we proposed to you, our coaches, that “we” (the Noomii coaching community) is the “New Me” (Noomii). “We” are in the unique and privileged position to work together to provide potential clients with quality information and resources that will benefit them, the coaching community and all individuals involved!
“We” can use our voices and our words to help clients find the “New Them”.
I’ve spoken with more than 30 coaches since joining Noomii and I am overwhelmed with the openness and willingness to participate, collaborate and lead! This has opened up whole other worlds to us and we are working to construct a framework to leverage all of these great resources.
The first way you can write for us is to submit a coaching case study.
This will have an immediate impact on your business:
Case studies help potential clients identify with other client’s stories and results in order to decide to pursue hiring a coach. Case studies are helpful to new clients, but they are an invaluable tool for coaches and their existing clients!
Do You Know What Your Clients Are Saying? About you, your services,  if they are promoting you to their friends and colleagues? This is your opportunity to ask them.
Take 5 minutes and say, “I am marketing my services using Noomii.com and would you mind if we took 5 minutes after our next session to check in and do a Case Study survey together?”
The ten-minute survey will have maximum impact on your business:
- Get Solid, Reliable Data about your Service. How are you doing? Really. Not how you think you are doing, but How Are You Doing?  Ask your clients, they will tell you! You can use this data to make new choices about your business focus, direction and service.
- The Exact Words of your Consumer. These words are key when you are marketing your business. You want to talk to your consumer in words that they use. Now you have them!
- Connect, Re-Connect and Even Redesign Your Coaching Relationship: What a great reason to connect on an authentic level with your client, or past client. What’s happening for them right now? Is the current relationship of most benefit to them? Any redesign opportunities will be right at your fingertips!
- Encourage Your Client Consider What’s Next for Them: Taking a few minutes to stop and consider: Where are we? How am I doing compared to what I came to coaching for? Have my priorities shifted in the coaching process and do I have new aspirations? What a gift!
Take 5 minutes, try out the case study.
