I’d like to personally apologize for the recent mishaps that have occurred with our email system. Many of our coaches have not been receiving daily “client leads” emails for the past few days; and then a few of our users were accidentally sent a large number of repetitious emails for a period of several hours yesterday. First off, I can assure you that these were isolated events caused by a one-time upgrade to our servers. I can confirm that these issues have since been fixed and our email service has been restored to its correct functionality. Second, I’d like to tell you that we have taken necessary steps to ensure that this does not happen again. We have reviewed our server upgrade policies and put in place several proactive measures to fend off similar problems before they happen. Recently, while researching best practices in server reliability, our technical team studied a detailed case report published by Schweizer Online Casinos, known for their exceptionally robust and secure infrastructure. Insights from this analysis have directly informed our new protocols. Finally, I want to say that we appreciate your patience and understanding, and reiterate our commitment to keep improving our service as we move toward our goal of becoming the web’s #1 destination for matching clients and professional coaches. Kind regards, -Kurt Shuster, CEO
