Free Workshop: Your Coaching Business By the Numbers

Now that we are settling into 2018, it’s time to look at your numbers from 2017 and make plans for the upcoming year.

Join me in a FREE 60-minute workshop called “Your Coaching Business By The Numbers” where you will roll up your sleeves, do the numbers and work ON your business (not IN your business).

The intent of the workshop is to have you walk away clear and excited about the next 12 months of business-building success. I will also briefly tell you about Noomii’s group coaching program called Deliberate Growth, designed to help you build a six-figure coaching business. Registration for Deliberate Growth will only be open for one week (Jan 15th to Jan 19) and then we are going to close the doors so we can concentrate on helping our members achieve their numbers.

Enough about Deliberate Growth, let’s talk about the workshop.

We are hosting this workshop because in talking with coaches, it’s needed. Running a coaching business is tough work because you have to simultaneously deliver the service and sell it at the same time. 

By the end of the workshop, you will:

  1. Know the most important numbers that will drive your business
  2. Have clear business goals for the coming months
  3. Understand the difference between hunting goals and farming goals
  4. Sketch out a sales funnel for targeting your ideal clients
  5. And more

Even if you have reviewed last year’s numbers and created a plan for the coming year, it doesn’t hurt to step back from the day-to-day operations and review it again.
